Litigation Support

Drug Screens Plus services and staff are committed to keeping our clients out of litigation by helping them to implement and follow high standards in their substance abuse testing programs.  That’s why we spend so much time and money developing and updating Model Programs, staffing our company with experienced people and then paying them to get advanced training and credentials, providing those services to each of our clients, offering generous amounts of our time for consulting.

When litigious situations (unemployment, worker’s compensation, and union arbitrations and/or hearings) arise for our clients, we provide substantial support, generally at no additional charge (although we do charge for travel expenses when appropriate).  In addition (and independently), Dr. Budnick also provides consultation and Expert Witness testimony (on a fee-for-service basis) regarding substance abuse and substance abuse testing. 

The bulk of our litigation support tends to be on behalf of employers.   Your company could become a Drug Screens Plus client to greatly reduce the chance of being on the wrong side of those litigious situations.
