Overview | General | DOT Regulated | Drug Free Workplace
Each Model Program includes 5 Sections:
Section 1: Company Policy
Includes educational materials (about drugs and alcohol) that are required (under DOT regulations and some state laws) to be provided to employees. We will also provide a master copy of a Mini-manual version of Section 1. This enables you to print the employee information in booklet form.
Section 2: Supervisor Training/Supplemental Information
Includes Reasonable Suspicion training materials for supervisors and supplemental information for all program managers and other company officials.
Section 3: Forms
One characteristic common to many business situations is that it often isn't good enough just to do the right things the right way; you may be called upon to prove that you did the right things the right way. When you are faced with a “documental” moment, that's not a good time to have to create the form you will need to document it. Bonus: it is much easier for us to help you when we can both refer to the same materials.
Section 4: Recordkeeping and Reports
This section contains information about the types of records you are required to maintain, and the length of time you should keep the records. Included are a number of documents that need to be in your files and the section is pre-indexed for filing certain required or otherwise pertinent reports.
Section 5: Resources & Regulations
Federal, State, and Local resources including current copies of selected regulations.
